Unless someone steps up Eric will be running this event. Live music is already scheduled for the deck.

If you are interested in running this or a different Friday night dinner please contact Eric 978-596-5412.

You can cook or you can order Petrillo’s or something similar. The object here is to have fun and come to as humanly possible to break even with costs. Once you choose a Friday, please touch base with your estimated costs and how much you will be charging for your dinner. The club can absorb a bit of a cost but these should be able to pay for themselves. In the past we have done things like chicken parm, chop suey sandwiches, burgers and dogs, pasta night etc. Something fairly simple works best but if you have a bigger idea run it by me!

I can try to get you a couple people to help but that is not a guarantee so if you have a member friend or two willing that is perfect. We can’t give 5 people hours for these however please be realistic.

The organizer (you) will be running this from start to finish including being in charge of taking money and getting the money and receipt of that money to the Commodore or from the bartender as well as the cleanup.
